How It Works

TeamSideline offers different sites to match your organizations needs.

Player Registration Site

New Player Registration customers who are volunteer-based sports organizations get the first season free. After the free season, a “Player Registration Site” is $199 per year with $1.50 per player registration.

You do not have to offer a credit card payment option, but if you do, Credit Card fees depend on which option you choose for your credit card processing. You can

  • use your own credit card merchant gateway, or
  • we can help you get set up with one.

This Site includes site hosting, a custom domain name, email, communications including email blasts and texting, scheduling, integrated registration, volunteer management, free support including your merchant account, and unlimited training.

Standard Scheduling Site

A “Standard Scheduling” site is popular with City Recreation Department because it includes powerful scheduling, communication reporting and content data management tools, but is just $499 per twelve month period for unlimited use -- regardless of how many sports, leagues, divisions or teams you schedule. We do not charge per team for a Standard Scheduling Site.

Advanced Scheduling Site

An “Advanced Scheduling Site” is popular with organizations handling the scheduling for multiple sub organizations. For example, a League or Association could be comprised of multiple Club or Leagues – and when scheduling you need to have home teams play at their home locations. TeamSideline’s Advanced Scheduling function can handle that, in addition to automatically scheduling around multi-team coach conflicts, and more. Like a Standard Site, an Advanced Scheduling Site includes scheduling, communication reporting and content data management tools. Advanced Scheduling is $5.00 per team with a minimum billing per twelve months of 100 teams.

Content Site

If you are an organization just looking for a web site for your organization that does not have scheduling, but has content management and communication tools, then you need a TeamSideline “Content Site”. It includes everything we have related to content management, as well as both email and text communications, surveys, entry forms and a lot of other useful tools for just $299 per year.

Tournament Site

Tournament Sites are for situations where an organization wants to have a Site specific to one Tournament being hosted during the year. These sites include Team Registration and tournament scheduling. A Tournament Site is $299 per year – so you can use the Site year round to promote the Tournament.

Upgrades

Customers can upgrade their Sites by adding the “Premium Site” functionality for an additional $299 per year, adding the Officials Module for $299 per year, adding the Team Registration Module for $499 per year, or adding the Tournament Module for $299 per year.
