The General Manager (GM) has responsibility for the commercial development and professional day- to-day management of all non-soccer activities at Roseville Youth Soccer Club (RYSC), including its non-coaching staff and budgets.

Roseville Youth Soccer Club and its competitive division, Roseville Premier, announced an intention to hiring additional paid, professionally licensed coaches to oversee soccer education and instruction throughout the Club to both players, teams and volunteer coaches. The selected candidates will oversee coaching education for one of the largest soccer clubs in Northern California and provide team-and player specific training to compliment the volunteer coach model.
With hundreds of recreational and dozens of competitive teams, RYSC has historically been an all-volunteer organization. However, the Club has more recently turned towards paid technical staff, and more than half of Premier coaches have obtained National USSF licenses in recent years—both developments that have been well-received by the community.
The selected Coaches will be in a position to transform the soccer landscape in Northern California and improve the lives of thousands of young athletes. The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
