The club's mission is to foster player development both on and off the field, with an emphasis on teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. RSC offers a clear pathway from recreational play to elite-level competition, including an exclusive partnership with Iron Rose FC Academy, which provides players with access to professional coaching and high-level competition.
The club recently entered a landmark partnership with global sportswear brand Hummel, marking a major step forward in RSC’s evolution. This collaboration provides RSC players with premium apparel and gear, elevating their experience on the field. In conjunction with this, RSC introduced a fresh logo and color scheme as part of a broader rebrand, reflecting the club’s modern, ambitious vision while honoring its roots in the Roseville community.
RSC is committed to community involvement and building strong connections within Roseville and the surrounding areas. This is reinforced by the club’s world-class facilities, such as Maidu Regional Park, which hosts numerous tournaments and matches, and the upcoming Placer Valley Soccer Complex. The new complex, set to open in 2025, will feature 10 lighted artificial turf fields and enhance RSC's capacity to host large-scale events.
In addition to its impressive facilities, RSC continues to prioritize player development through its partnership with Iron Rose FC. This collaboration strengthens RSC’s ability to provide elite-level training and competition, supporting players who aspire to reach professional levels of play.

Since its formation, Roseville Soccer Club (RSC) has been the official youth affiliate of Iron Rose FC, overseeing the club's youth academy and providing a pathway for local players to pursue professional soccer. The Iron Rose academy focuses on developing local talent and creating opportunities that lead to the Iron Rose first teams, among other prospects.
Building on Iron Rose’s successful inaugural season, RSC became a minority owner of Iron Rose, acquiring 25% of the club in August 2024. This move strengthens the club’s commitment to soccer development and growth in the region.
