Our Coaches

Roseville competitive program coaches are experienced and credentialed by USSF. The majority of Premier Coaches are USSF Licensed "D" or "C" coaches and/or have many years of coaching experience. Our academy and pre-academy trainers and coaches are also licensed. Additionally, our volunteer coaches in the younger program are supported by age group directors and trainers. While 'other clubs' pay their licensed coaches, our licensed coaches are volunteers who do this for the love of the game, the kids, and the community. BIG DIFFERENCE!

Professional Pathways

With the introduction of Iron Rose FC, Roseville Soccer Club now proudly offers professional pathways for players, bridging the gap to higher levels of competition. This initiative provides both boys and girls with the opportunity to advance in their soccer careers, ensuring a structured progression from youth levels to the professional stage.

State of the Art Facilities

Currently, Roseville Soccer Club players enjoy playing on some of the finest fields in the region, with Tapia Soccer Complex at Maidu Regional Park serving as the longstanding home field. This five-field natural grass complex hosts numerous RSC matches and tournaments. In late 2025, RSC plans to further enhance its facilities with the addition of the 51-acre Placer Valley Soccer Complex in West Roseville. This new complex will feature 10 lighted artificial turf fields, a large universally accessible playground, concessions, ample parking, and a walking path. Expected to draw hundreds of thousands of visitors annually, this expansion will solidify RSC’s reputation as a premier venue for soccer tournaments and events, providing an ideal environment for training and competition.

Elite Competition Platform

The Development Player League (DPL) is designed to elevate the soccer experience by providing high-level competition and exposure for aspiring youth athletes. It serves as a platform for top clubs to compete in a structured environment that focuses on player development and visibility. The league's collaboration with collegiate programs and professional scouts ensures players have opportunities to showcase their talents on larger stages, enhancing their prospects for advancement in both collegiate and professional soccer. Through its commitment to high standards and quality competition, the DPL plays a crucial role in nurturing the next generation of soccer talent.

LEAD Athletic Performance

LEAD Athletic is the official partner for our academy teams at Northern California's premier training facility, modeled after a Division 1 collegiate weight room. Their commitment to excellence makes them a perfect match for training our academy teams, helping them work on enhancing their athletic prowess within a community of like-minded individuals. LEAD's performance programs replicate the intense training experienced by D1 college athletes, ensuring our players are optimally prepared for high-level competition. With expert coaching and advanced technology, they meticulously track progress across three daily pillars: mobility for improved joint health and motion range, movement to develop essential athletic qualities, and strength training to build resilience and reduce injury risk. This holistic approach equips our athletes to excel at the collegiate level and beyond.
