Welcome! The RYSC Referee Program provides training and development for teens and adults to become licensed referees supporting both recreational and competitive youth soccer in the City of Roseville. Licensed referees earn money and learn life skills that are valuable both on and off the pitch.
More than 900 licensed referees officiate the hundreds of soccer matches played during the fall recreation season. Experienced referees can work year-round officiating competitive matches. A Director of Referees and our Assignors support the RYSC Referee Program.
RYSC is always seeking new referees for our program. Check out the resources below or reach out to any of the members of the RYSC Referee Program for more information.
